8D Not too long ago, I got my hands on a Japanese copy of SoulSilver. I'm only at the start of Kanto right now, But I'm sure I can answer any Questions you want to ask about it.

I don't know that much about the game but does your starter pokemon follow you around? (like in yellow)

I think the first pokemon in your party follows you around. That's pretty cool. I'm not sure if I'll get the game though.

Actually you can :3 Ishie just confirmed (She knows everything about Pokémon), But I did think that you can. You can get them from Professor Oak.

I believe you'd have to trade them over, Which is a shame D:

Ah, trading over is fine. You just transfer them from Gen 3 into Gen 4 and then trade them over to Gen 2 which is also Gen 4 XD

I got Soul Silver today! 8D And I even got that awesome limited edition Lugia figure with it. (I thought you could only get it if you preordered the game...)

Oh, I know now, You can get SOME Gen 3 and 4. Quite alot actually. And you can get the Hoenn Starters too. Not the Sinnoh ones though.
