Personality: Smug, a little stuck-up, and always willing to get into trouble. Get annoyed with others quickly if they fail to keep up with him. His primary strategy is incapacitating his opponent and then hitting hard with Special moves and his super speed.
Story: Neon was bred for speed, Special attacks, and Cool contests. He was traded to an amateur trainer for a shiny Pokemon, and as such has a dislike for Shinies. Since the trainer was so inexperienced, Neon ignored orders frequently and refused to learn some moves. The trainer eventually released him from the PC by accident, something Neon was grateful for.

Moves: Ice Punch, Water Gun, Mud Shot, Foresight, Growl
Personality: Cheerful but a bit naive.
Story: She was born into a large group of Mudkip but is quite slow-moving and eventually got left behind when all the young Marshtomps went their own way. She tends to assume that everyone is as good-natured as she, but cautiously avoids Grass-type Pokemon out of habit.
